The Quinalow pub is located about 50 minutes SW of our last camp at Blackbutt Showground.

Quinalow Pub Camp

Diagonally across the road from the pub is the Quinalow pub camp. This is a basic looking camp with a few residents.

We were the only travellers staying the night and found it a very quiet place even though you are near the road.

We paid for a powered site but didn’t need water as our tanks were full. I did see a tap connected to the outside of the toilets, I’m not sure if this is the tap you would use?

Amenities

Toilets are available 24/7 and they have a couple of showers. The showers are located at the back of the residents vans. We use our own facilities so didn’t use them.

The Quinalow Pub

We headed to the Quinalow pub when we first arrived. Asking where we could park and paying the $25 for a night on power.

We also enquired what time they have food. Both lunch and dinner is served at the pub. They have an extensive menu so we decided to go for dinner.

Larry got the mixed grill which was $30 and I got Pork chop and veg $16. Both of us getting a beer to go with it.

While there we had a couple of games of pool which as usual Larry won, it was close though.

The pub also has a bottle shop if you’re just looking for a take away to have with your own cooked meals.
